You will have full access to and are welcome to use any and all of our items in the fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen and private patio. You will share bathroom w/1 male room mate. Utilities not included and vary month 2 month (usually between 100-125 additional per person). Rent comes with access to laundry rooms, parking pass, full gym, pools, jacuzzi, entertainment/media center. no pets, no couples, no kids. Lease agreement and roommate agreement are mandatory. Deposit 200. First and last month's rent required before move in.
