Nice, quiet home near a large park

Hi, there! My name is Michael, and my home is located in peaceful, idyllic West Covina in the San Gabriel Valley. We have lots of trails and walkways in the area, and it is within a short distance to a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers. My neighborhood is made up of mostly families with young kids and retired persons. I tend a picturesque flower garden, with avocado and calamondin trees in the backyard.

I live with my mom Linda, who likes to knit, eat sushi and watch rom-coms. What she and I prefer in the "ideal" roommate is someone who is either a student or working professional, who is keen on their time management, well organized, neat, respectful, friendly, and with a pleasant disposition.
