I am renting two rooms that will share the bathroom that I've posted within this ad. They are both spacious rooms. The bed size is a queen for reference. Both rooms are not furnished. I didn't include the picture of the other bedroom since I currently use it to store stuff. However, it is similar in size. The bathroom is has dual sinks, shower, and tub.

Asking $1,200 per room. The rooms are in a single family home located in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 miles from Mt. Sac (5-min drive). Plenty of parking. Must be clean, responsible, respectful, and stable. Looking for a full-time working professional or full-time student.

Please note: you must be okay with dogs. I have two dogs (large and x-small).
