I have an amazing 4 Bedroom House and I am looking for a cool, positive and respectful GUY ( No Couples please) to rent one of the rooms. I am looking for someone who is no drama and doesn't have a lot of people over. We are an executive couple who are really cool and fun but we want someone who is focused on their career and not a huge partier. We are looking for a person who has a full-time job, is a go-getter, happy, positive and great energy. We want someone who is also laid back like us. We enjoy going to the movies and going out to dinner.

We also have dogs, so please be an animal lover. They are great dogs and everyone who meets them, loves them. Also we are very considerate and respectful and want the same in a roommate. We keep the place very tidy. If this is you....please contact us!
