Us:

Husband and wife want to rent two rooms in our beautiful, clean West Hills/Woodland Hills home. We are both retired, and one or both may travel soon, leaving much space for a roommate. It's a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house with laundry, A/C, garage, large open kitchen, and pool. One could be an office or bedroom. Both are completely furnished. If you rent both, you will have your own bedrooms and bathroom, but it could be a shared bathroom if we rent the other bedroom. You may use all the amenities in the house :) What is included in the rent is wifi, gas/water, electricity, and gardening (basically everything is included). But for the summer month, June- September, your Water and Power may need to pay an extra $100. The RENT is $2100 for both rooms. We can share photos upon request. The environment is quiet and library-like, which is excellent for a student. This is on a month-to-month basis.

Both rooms are furnished.

We are looking for a responsible, Neat, and Clean, preferably male individual with a full-time job or school schedule. There is no smoking inside. However, there is plenty of backyard space to enjoy. Regarding guests, we may permit Occasional-day guests only, with a heads up/notice. We are looking for someone compatible, good-natured, and clean. Sorry, NO PETS. I will consider couples.
