Common areas: You'll have full access to the living room, kitchen, laundry room, in-home gym, and the beautiful backyard with a pool – perfect for relaxing or hosting gatherings.

I'm a retired individual who enjoys a drama-free lifestyle. I have two friendly cats and am open to having a roommate with a cat, provided they get along. I'm 420 friendly and value mutual respect and consideration.
