My amazing roommate is leaving back to New York and I need someone to take over her tenancy. We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom new apartment complex in West Hollywood. Apartment amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The complex amenities include a gym, pool and (siiiick) rooftop. The lease for this apartment ends on the 26th of March 2018, so we're looking for someone to take over from anytime now until then.
