I'm looking for a tenant to share my spacious 2BE/2BA condo at a prime location in West Hollywood. The building is located in a quiet green neighborhood, minutes away from busy Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose Ave. Close distance to Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Westwood, UCLA and Hollywood.

I'm a busy entertainment professional and I'm hardly ever home. Even when I'm home, I'm usually busy writing in my own room. I value my and other people's privacy and emotional comfort, and looking for someone who values the same. The condo is well maintained, clean and tidy, so please help me keep it the same.

As a live-in landlady, I'm looking for a female tenant. I expect no parties, no overnight staying guests, no smoking, no drugs, no street shoes in-door.
