Hi! I'm renting out the master bedroom of my massive 2 bedroom apartment. It's located at, in my opinion, the nicest street in LA. 9005 Burton Way. I'm a 31 year old actor/screenwriter. I also have another job, so I'm rarely home. The place is completely furnished and ready to move into ASAP. The apartment complex is called Burton Plaza and the 2 bedrooms start at 3200, so you are getting quite a fair deal. Ideally I'd like to have someone who can stay for a couple months. The Master Bedroom is quite large, with a walk in closet and private bathroom, full bath and shower. The rent includes all utilizes and covered parking. I'm open to male or female, or even a couple. I'm quite chill and laid back, very busy life at the moment. This apartment is right next door to the Four Seasons Beverly Hills a mile from Rodeo drive, a couple blocks from Cedars Sinai Hospital.
