No credit check needed. Pool, security, gym, card operated laundry, Runyon canyon, restaurants, shops, grocery all walking distance, public transport.

This space is for females only (other roommates also females). Cats or small dogs allowed with extra deposit and 50$/m pet rent.

Electric and WiFi pays separately. Electric around 20$/every two months. WiFi 20$ a month per person (optional).
