Cheers! I am Looking for a clean and responsible roommate to rent the guest room in my home. This is a fully furnished home with high ceilings, a nice bright full kitchen, washer /dryer , patio, yard, bathroom with a shower/tub combo , living room with internet, and there is a guesthouse in the back . I like to maintain a clean and friendly environment. There are a few puppies on the property, they are friendly and family. There is ample parking either in my driveway or on the street. This house is centrally located and right off Melrose.
