Perfect Room in New Apartment!!

Hi! Looking for a new fun female roomie to fill a room in a 3 bedroom house beautiful new apartment! There are two people already living in the house. You would be taking over my old room. There was a couple living in the master bedroom, I will be moving into that room and now looking for someone to fill my room! I am a 23 year old female professional. I work from home in my room but also travel for work.
In the other room is a 24 year old male roommate who works a standard 9-5. I also have a boyfriend who stays here frequently.

Your room:
Is on the opposite side of the house of all other rooms
Has private en suite bathroom with standup shower and storage cabinet.
Large closet, and space for a bed and desk, I have a queen in the room (from pictures)
Utilities and internet not included (usually about $30- $40/ month per person)
Street parking is always available on adjacent streets
