Room available $1050 + utilities= $1275

So we live in a house just north of beverly blvd on crescent heights. We rent a house with 4 roomates, one room is available for June 1st. Our current roommate is is moving back to the East Coast to be closer to family. We are sad to see them leave, so we are hoping to find someone just as awesome to take over the room.

We are all quiet and don't bring the party back to the place. We are each into different things, playing music, Art, design and sound engineering; hopefully that gives you an idea of the vibe.

The house itself is large, and we have a hot tub and whole house cable, washer and dryer, dishwasher and plenty of street parking available.
rent is $1050, and utilities normally run around $150 (thats the highest we have each had to pay to date) : the utilities includes TV, Cable (pretty much every channel available), a maid service that comes twice a month for a deep house clean, gas, electric, water and household stuff like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper etc.

We would like to find someone that is fully employed, clean, lives well with others and cleans up after themselves, NO PETS please , also anyone between the ages of 25 -35 would be most desired.
We require first months rent and $1500 deposit upfront.

The house has 2 girls 2 guys, and ages range from 25 to 35. We are very focused on our various professions and goals, we keep the party elsewhere and are good at cleaning up after ourselves. Please send us a link to your social media so we can check each other out, that would be awesome.

Also, if you happen to be interested, you will see a bunch of furniture that is also available. Doesn't make sense for the moving roomate to ship it all back to the east coast.
