Looking for a roommate for modern Weho apt!

One bedroom available July 1st in a recently remodeled, top floor 2BR/2BR West Hollywood apartment. The available bedroom is big (fits a queen bed, desk, couch, coffee table, bureau) with a walk in closet. It has its own bathroom down a small hallway that can be blocked off from the rest of the apartment for maximum privacy. Central heating/AC, W/D and fireplace in unit. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Individual space parking in the garage. The building, which is well taken care of and peaceful, has an exercise room and sundeck. It's great walking neighborhood (close to Trader Joe's, The Village Idiot, Jones Hollywood). I'm a 31 year old male working in film/tv. Generally easy going, active, social etc. Female roommate preferred but open to either. Must be clean, considerate, chill, responsible, ideally in mid 20's/early 30's. Bonus if you work in (or at least enjoy) entertainment, like sports and comedy and are from NY.
