1 Bed and Bathroom Available in Hancock Park Apt

Situated very close to Melrose, located near Larchmont, Hancock Park, and Hollywood, our apartment is a part of two year old complex in a safe neighborhood. The apartment has washer dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, central AC, garage parking, and a balcony from which you can see the hollywood sign. We are central to the westside and downtown. You would have your own bedroom with a balcony, sliding door closet, and own bathroom with a shower and toilet. My roommate and I aren't neat freaks we are okay with leaving things out so we prefer someone who is not messy but also isn't going to be mad when there's a slight mess. We are open to animals, our last roommate had a cat. We do not like weed smoked in the house.
