Eclectic, Cozy & Convenient

I'm looking for someone to share my 2bedroom 2bathroom condo with. It's located in West Hollywood and central to most any part of LA with easy access to most major freeways. However, there's rarely a reason to venture into the world of traffic since almost any and everything is located within walking distance. There's plenty of shops, grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, fitness centers, and the list goes on!!!
The style of my unit constantly changes and I'm open to input regarding decor or whatever you may need to feel comfortable and content.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit and additional machines on each level of this 7 story recently remodeled building with accommodations that include a fitness room, separate men & women's sauna, indoor as well as an outdoor jacuzzi, a lovely swimming pool area, library/billiards room, and plenty of parking all within safe and secure surroundings.

The room has solid wood floors and gets plenty of light & a nice view. It comes unfurnished however some items are available in the interim. There's a walk-in closet that once served as a vocal booth since it's rather large and can accommodate the wardrobe collection even the more ambitious of shoppers.
The bathroom quickly becomes a room of relaxation for daily preparation with its adjustable pressure dual shower heads and BlueTooth speaker/ceiling fan/ LED light and a vanity capable of storing a multitude of items.
As for me... people find me easy-going, fun and hard working. I often have guests but respect the schedules as well as the privacy of others. Fortunately, the size, as well as the layout of the unit, makes it easy to live under the same roof while maintaining the feeling of solitude if needed. Most of my day is spent studying, working on any number of projects pertaining to electrical components.
Hobbies consist of the norm like reading, watching movies, music and traveling, I love to cook and although I was vegetarian I now eat seafood and poultry & have no objection to meat in the house. My defiance towards boredom keeps me eager to learn new things and I'm easily talked into something like... sky diving, horseback riding, karaoke and whatever else and although I get along great with most people, I definitely enjoy my alone time and value my privacy as I'm sure most people can appreciate this in return. The two most important qualities I look for in a room-mate: Honesty and Communication
