About me:
I?m a easy going male, 37, business student. I volunteer at the ALZ association, participate in festivals and enjoy museums and such. I?m clean, quiet, respectful and honest for the same.

Is this a motel? This is not a motel. It?s a apartment building and I?m a renter who is seeking a roommate.

Is this a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt? Yes, this is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. I stay in the living room (curtain divider), one large bedroom is available.

Who else will be living there? It?s just me living in the apartment. I?m a responsible Male 37, business marketing student.

I don?t smoke cigarettes or party, nor is it allowed. The apartment building is also a designated tobacco-free zone. 1 month minimum, 30 notice required, security deposit is equal to one month rent. Permitted street parking, WeHo 8R district placard required (add fee).

Kitchen access in progress. Room has microwave, kureg, coffee maker, water dispenser, hot plate, etc.

Please, no couples, no dogs, no smoking, no onsite partying, no exception. Ask for a rental application (add processing fee) if you?re interested, and I?ll be sure to process it right away.
