Private Master Bedroom + Bath in 2BR APT Weho

I am looking to fill the master bedroom that comes with your own private en suite bathroom in my spacious West Hollywood apartment in a quiet building. Unfortunatly my awesome roomate has to relocate and I am looking for someone to move in Dec 1st.

The bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment from my room so it is very private. The room is spacious and can fit a Queen Bed comfortably and you have a big closet with floor to ceiling mirrors. The room comes with a private en suite bathroom. You also have direct access to the very large balcony directly from the room.
Smoking cigarettes inside the apartment is not allowed but feel free to use the balcony if you want to.

Rent is $1550 a month. Utilities are shared (Electricity, Gas and Wifi) [Credit check and proof of income are required + 1 month security deposit]

Location: West Hollywood . Great neighborhood which is safe and clean. Trader Joes and Whole Foods are walking distance and tons of great restaurants and bars.

Amenities: Central AC & Heat
Stainless steel appliance including dishwasher.
Parking spot is included in the gated garage (side by side, no tandem which is great).
Laundry room downstairs which you can pay for with an app on your phone (no coins needed !)

About Me: I am a 35 year old male working in the music industry. I keep the place pretty clean and am a very friendly quiet roommate and don't have tons of people over all the time. I would expect the same from you =)
