$1750 / month. Wifi, laundry and all utilities included. 90 day minimum commitment - can be longer if you wish.

Fully furnished, private room with built ins and en-suite bathroom.

The house is less than a year old, common kitchen and living spaces with brand new appliances, Smart TV, Sonos sound system.

Huge living room and kitchen, laundry room, rooftop deck.

Housemates are all working professionals, all clean, quiet, and respectful.

Price includes a weekly cleaner for the common spaces, all utilities, basic cleaning and laundry supplies. House is managed by Common Living so you have access to support staff, as well as a house manager/maintenance officer.
