I rented this amazing apartment, and I am looking for a roommate (DEC 1st)

What makes up the price:
40$ - monthly Haigh speed internet (per person) +
60$ - gas and electric bill (per person) +
150$ - parking spot in Hollywood +
50$ - cleaning supplies and effort I put in keeping this place organized +
900$ - amazing price for a huge beautiful furnished private bedroom =
amazing price of 1200$ for all of this

Deposit: one month rent + 50$ deposit for a garage clicker

? Perfect location: 5 min walk to LA Film School, recording school, and just anything in Hollywood
? Hight speed internet and all the utilities are INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!!!

? I already bought everything you need for living, amazing fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, vacuum etc.
? Also room is furnished. there is no mattress, because my current roomate had her own. If you need one - I will buy it for you

? You do not have to be on a lease, but I need a long-term roommate, min 2-3-month, one-month deposit. You have to tell me 30days before you decide to move out (Roomate agreement)
? I provide all the cleaning stuff, I tend to buy everything to keep the place clean (but we have to keep it clean tougher)
? What is important - I am the only roommate, it is so much better than having 3-4 people, even if everybody got their own rooms, kitchen and all the atmosphere is still a mess
? This deal is amazing, building is super chill and quiet, so should be you. There is a pool and a gym that you can use 24/7.
