Private Room/Bath and Balcony Access

Private Room with Bath and access to a balcony for someone who likes to share the living style with two professional males.

The room itself is furnished with brand new queen size bed but no mattress, a dresser and a TV. It has a large closet as well.

We are open to share our space with someone who is friendly, social and most important organized, clean and considerate. When sharing our communal space, like the kitchen and the living room, we ask to maintain our kitchen clean, with utensils put back in the covers after use.

There is street parking (no permit required).

There is washer and dryer in the building.

Perfect location in West Hollywood, walking distance to markets (Whole Foods/Trader Joe), parks, Melrose and the Grove.

Rent can be negotiated, be charming, emphasizing considerate. We love to cook, we want to make you feel included as long as we all are on the same page.
