We have 1 bedroom (160 sq ft) available for rent in our super cute house in Hollywood starting May 1st! The room has ample closet and storage space, plus a skylight! (Bedroom comes unfurnished and is currently painted blue, but you're welcome to repaint!!)
There is gated onsite parking available as well as washer, dryer and dishwasher. We also have a compost bin!
Yard is gated and we do have a firepit for entertaining and a cute porch for relaxing!
Rent is $1,097/month plus utilities.
We are looking for a great fit for a chill household! Myself and another (both females in our early 30s) currently live here, but I am primarily the only roommate here regularly as she is only down here for work (and my room is actually a separate unit from the house- common space is shared however.) LGBTQIA friendly! Female preferred. No couples.
Cats and small dogs welcome! We do have 1 house cat, so please no cat allergies.
Both of us that currently live here will be fully vaccinated by the beginning of May.
