Seeking friendly, responsible and down to earth roommate [female ] for charming 3B2B on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of West Hollywood. Early December start!

We’re looking for someone to take over the one of the spacious bedrooms in our little Weho oasis. Shared bathroom with one of the current roommates. The bedroom available gets a lot of wonderful natural light and is tucked away from the main living space by a hallway and door.
The apartment was newly refurbished and painted when we moved in last year with AC unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, private balcony and attentive super in the building. There’s also an on-site laundry and garage parking. Even though we’re on a quiet street, the apartment is walking distance to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and bars

Rent is $1125/month and includes water, trash and gas. The security deposit is $1850.67.

As for us, we’re both professional women in our early 30s with full time jobs in the entertainment and medical industries. We keep our place clean, sometimes do game/wine nights and respectfully share the common spaces. We have one adorable kitty Quinn, so must be OK with cats.
