A private room with a bathroom

It’s a private room for you with your own bathroom. Small kitchen shared, beautiful living space, TV, and balcony shared. We can enjoy breakfast or peaceful dinners on the balcony. The room does not have any furniture but I can share everything with you if you need anything. The apartment is cleaned. You don’t need to pay any bills. The rent is $1000 and the only deposit $500. The room will be available on the 1st of February! Please, come join living with me. I’m quiet, no parties, no bad habits. I need a responsible person who is able to pay rent on time. 5 min walk there is Canyon for hiking. 1 min walk to Ralph’s store. The Walk of fame is 7 min walk away. It’s the super quiet building.
