Hi! Looking for a someone to move into my large shared room in this centrally located WeHo apartment.
Located just off of historic Sunset Blvd, in close walking distance of a shopping plaza, (Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, AMC), as well as many thrift stores and restaurants just down Santa Monica Blvd. We’re a 5 minute drive from Laurel Canyon hiking trails. Our building also has a pool, laundry room, and AC!
I’m a film production student, and share the room for rent! Bedroom has a large closet, with an extra closet for each of us. Our own bathroom is accessible through the room. The other bedroom is occupied by my brother and our long-time friend. As long as someone is chill and responsible, I’ll be happy as your roommate :-) We all hang out time to time, but also enjoy our space to ourselves. I’ll be adopting a kitten soon, so please only cat friendly roommates. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions! (-:
