Bedroom Sublease

Up for rent is a second bedroom in a two bedroom one and a half bath apartment. The apartment is two stories located right above sunset blvd, close to gyms, restaurants, movie theatre, and Trader Joe’s. Your bedroom comes unfurnished but located on the second floor and has plenty of windows.

The sublease includes parking, furnished common areas and in-unit washer and dryer. I currently live in the apartment and have a small corgi puppy. I’m looking for a single roommate, no couples and no other pets please. I am looking for another young professional.
