Beautifully Renovated WeHo One-Bed

Hi! I’m temporarily subletting my beautiful one-bedroom in newly gut-renovated apartment complex. You’ll get a brand new kitchen, hard floors, super cute revamped bathroom. Other great features: balcony (my favorite part), air-conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, two smart TVs (Roku + Amazon Firestick). Walking distance to Whole Foods and West Hollywood in one direction, and Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, and Sprouts in the other. There are tons of awesome restaurants nearby, most of which deliver; close to the Grove, an AMC theatre, and tons of nightlife.

I just moved in a few months ago, so excuse the art propped up against the washer in the photos (will hang them in the living room and bedroom before I leave). I spent months looking for a place this fabulous and well-located, but I have to leave for work for a few months and need someone to take over my lease (I’m charging for rent and partial utilities — not looking to make money).
