WeHo Room for Rent

1 bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment. Shared bathroom. I live in the other room. Great location and very walkable. Large apartment unit in an older quadraplex. Utilities usually around $100 per person.

Looking for long term; we will sign a new lease for 6 months to 1 year.

Lightly furnished if needed, though I would recommend a new bed frame. Mattress is less than a year old.

I've lived here 2 ½ years. I am female and in my late 20s, looking for about the same, but open.

Neighbors are three elderly women who have lived here for decades and raised families here. They WILL take an interest in you. ;) So, you must be good with elderly Jewish women.

Parking is a tandem driveway, but I am the only one using it regularly. The only other cars are guests. Still, if you have a car, it will require occasional coordination and social interaction. Street parking is permit only on our street, but there is usually something around the block if needed. Looking into getting permits though.

Garage/shed available on property for storage (not for cars). Also, closets are a nice size with high ceilings for storage.

Pets welcome, but I do have a cat already. She really likes dogs, but the one cat she lived with was super territorial and basically taught my cat to hiss and swat out of necessity. So, I don't know how she'll react to another cat.
