Two Rooms + Private Bathroom for Rent

I'm a California Native, 18 years in LA, and originally from NorCal Tahoe area. I'm quiet, neat, organized, clean and keep the place pretty immaculate. I have outgrown house parties, late/loud nights and stumbling home drunk (haha). It's my desire to live with someone similar to these above characteristics. I'm easy-going and laid back and even more-so with the right roommate chemistry. The property definitely has a home feeling as opposed to apartment life so am in search of someone who fits that vibe. I currently work from home. The place is on the second floor of a 1930's Spanish duplex and is furnished. The large room comes with a dresser & TV but otherwise unfurnished. The smaller room comes unfurnished. Utilities are included. Easy permitted street parking available.
