-I have a large Master Bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom home halfway between the Beverly Center and The Grove, three short walkable blocks south of ThirdStreet and Sweetzer Ave. with all the great cafes, restaurants and shopping. There are no other roommates.
-I only am there about half of the year since I'm out of town for work and also I have a place in Palm Springs where I spend a big part of my time. So you would have the home to yourself about half of the time.
-The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom and walk in closet.
-I have wifi, washer/dryer, central AC/Heat, dishwasher.
-Credit/background check required, no pets or couples
-All utilities are included in the rental price: wifi, electric, gas, and water.
