Master bedroom in modern building

This is a spacious and modern four bedroom apartment with a total of four people living there. It is on the border of West Hollywood, only a few minutes walk to BestBuy, Target, and several other restaurants and stores.

I have one of the master bedrooms (Master-2) but I have been living with my boyfriend for the past 6 months at his place, and I do not need my room and ensuite bathroom. Looking for someone to take over the lease, which runs through June 30, 2023. There is an option to start a new lease with the landlord as well.

Utilities, which include internet (wifi), trash, water, gas, electricity (all utilities), are billed to be approximately $100 every two months, depending on usage.

The room, private bathroom, and closet (with wall-sized mirror) are very clean and spacious. As of now I only have the photos on here, but I will return so I can add better photos.

I furnished it with new furniture (king bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, and executive chair), hardly used since I am rarely in the room, and we can negotiate a price if you would like to purchase them as well.

It is available for immediate move-in.
