Sharing info for my *unfurnished* room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in West Hollywood.

You would be sharing the apartment with my roommate (she’s a graduate student at UCLA). She’s a truly wonderful roommate — the best I’ve ever had! — very tidy and respectful. Rent is $1200 per month + utilities, I believe rent will be increasing 3% ($36) in March. Lease is currently month to month, roommate is currently planning on staying there for at least 6 more months, so there would likely be an option to keep the unit longer term. There is a washer/dryer in the building, and a tandem parking spot available as well. Located in between Fairfax/La Brea, just below Santa Monica Blvd

It's a few blocks away from Melrose Ave which has lots of thrift stores and restaurants, and it's also within a 10-15 min walk to many grocery stores. I’ve really enjoyed my time living here, just time to move and start my next chapter. It’s a very cute building and the neighbors are really wonderful and helpful folks 🙂
