Large 12x14 unfurnished bedroom, with large closet, in extremely large 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. The remainder of the apartment is fully furnished, including laundry facilities in the apartment. You will share a large bathroom with 1 roommate. A housekeeper comes monthly. There is also a balcony, a fireplace, and a built-in bar. Located near Melrose and Willoughby, the building is gated and secured, with secured underground assigned parking, and is in easy walking distance to the heart of Melrose Avenue and to the new Trader Joe’s on Santa Monica. Your roommates are 3 gay men in their 50s/60s (one retired, two still working) who are easy-going, friendly, responsible, respectful of boundaries, and who will treat you like family. We also have one elderly cat, although we are not looking for any additional pets. No smoking. Rent is $1400 per month, plus your share of electric, gas, and cable/internet.
