My lovely current flatmate is getting her own place, so I'm looking for someone new.

The room is 150 sq ft, plus a huge walk-in closet. Option of a queen bed & oak desk. Your bathroom has a bath and powerful shower.

Large shared space has 55-inch 4k TV, projector, Oculus VR, big oak dining table (expands to seat 8-10), giant cozy couch, 2 leather recliners, many cozy blankets. 33 plants and counting. Voice control lights/TV/music. Very fast wifi.

Magical big raised patio frequented by hummingbirds, right beside a large heated pool. Building has an amazing, friendly, peaceful community.

Dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, microwave, nespresso, electric kettle, gas stove/oven, toaster oven, pots & pans etc.

No smoking in apt, 420 ok on the porch (smoking area on the other side of the pool, but non-smoker preferred).

Bills average about $80 per month.

Parking & laundry in building. Apartment has two parking spots – one is yours and I don’t drive so the other is spare for visitors.

Rent controlled, price is a steal for the area. We’re a block from Sunset Blvd, 4 mins walk from a mall with Trader Joe’s, CVS, CB2, Exer Urgent Care, AMC cinema, Crunch gym etc. Plus Laugh Factory, and many restaurants & fancy hotels of Sunset Blvd are right on our doorstep. 15 mins walk to Runyon Canyon.

I'm 43, British, a cheerful and friendly director/writer, currently writing the pilot for a show I created for HBO Max. One of those good-natured long-hair-and-a-beard vaguely hippie types. Gay (mostly), male (mostly), overgrown kid (almost entirely). Fully vaxxed.
