Furnished (large) studio apartment to yourself!

I’m looking for someone who would sign onto my existing lease as my roommate but live solo in my apartment. (I will not be there.)

It’s a large studio, close to 700 square feet, with a fireplace, small balcony, central air, high ceilings, full-sized dining room (which I currently use as my office), full living room, and raised bedroom area. Small kitchen, small bathroom.

I will be leaving most of my stuff—all of my furniture, as well as books, art, and normal things you might need like a vacuum cleaner.

You will need to go through a traditional application process, show proof of income, have prior residences confirmed, and pay a security deposit directly to me.

Solo person only—no couples, no families, no pets, no longterm guests, no subleasing.

The building itself includes:

- A full gym with cardio machines, weights, a yoga/floor area, and a hot tub.
- A rooftop lounge with couches, fire pits, BBQ’s, and a table.
- Secure entry
- Package lockers
- Very nice management and fast maintenance

Location:

The building is in Hollywood on the border of West Hollywood. West of La Brea, just south of Sunset. It’s very close walking distance to a grocery store, to-go food spots, restaurants, coffee shops, massage, etc. I also walk to Runyon Canyon which is a few blocks north.

Fees:

The base rent is $2175 but we pay ALL utilities and associated fees, some of which are paid alongside the rent. With internet this will range somewhere between $2500-2800/month+ depending on usage.

Time: My ideal time range would be May to November, so around 6 or 7 months.

If you fall in love with the place you may have the option to take over my lease.
