The property is located across the street from Cedars Hospital, exactly two blocks and one traffic light. This charming building has three floors, tandem parking and countless restaurants/shops near by. Washer and dryer is located in garage. The room comes fully furnished with king size bed, large closet and private bathroom. I live alone , I am 62 years old and a care giver. I spend most of my days working and I am barely ever home. I am gone from 6am-8pm during the weekdays. I do own a small 4lb Pomeranian named Lily , who is very loving .
