Hi y'all!

My former roommate is leaving town, so I'm looking for a replacement. This is a two bed, two bath apartment in a convenient neighborhood.

Your room will be UNFURNISHED but the living room / kitchen has supplies..

Comes with a small dishwasher, your own private bathroom, pretty good natural light, and a great roommate :).

It's coin laundry (sigh) but it's very easy to get to and almost always available.

Costs are pretty straightforward. $1740 a month rent. Water's included. We split the rest of the bills (electric, gas, internet) down the middle, just like rent. Usually comes out to around $1800 total a month when it's all said and done.
