Building amenities include secure parking garage, laundry room, heated pool and well equipped fitness room. Rent includes high speed internet, all utilities and a housekeeper every other week. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished, but can be furnished with a one or more year commitment.

I'm a respectful, responsible, clean, healthy, friendly, fun person and am looking for the same in a roommate. Also, I'm a Realtor who has a home office in my bedroom, so I prefer a roommate who doesn't work from home. Just being honest.
