Beautiful room in modern West Hollywood building

Hi! I am moving out of my current apartment (which is a really beautiful space in a great building) and am looking for a roommate to replace me. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, so you would have a private bathroom and your own sectioned off area of the apartment, including a very large walk-in closet. There's a large private balcony and an in-unit washer/dryer. The building has its own parking garage and a gym.

The apartment building is Metro Art West Hollywood, between Santa Monica Blvd and Willoughby Ave. Rent will be $1797.50 a month plus utilities (which ranges but isn't more than $100 a month). The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet (we are on a side street) but walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores including Trader Joe's and Sprouts.

We are looking for someone who can move in May 1 (at the latest) but the room will be available beginning in early April.
