Room with private bathroom , large walk in closet , it’s unfurnished and comes with a queen sized bed frame if wanted you’ll only need a mattress. Utilities are around $80 monthly . Rent is $1275 . It’s quiet and spacious with views. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and coffee shops are very close in walking distance. There’s a guy living next to me right now and didn’t make the room look cute but everything will be out and the tv will be included :)
