Rent is $1375 (month-to-month) and includes wifi. Utilities (Gas and LADWP) are extra and should come to around $100 per month.
We have a cleaner that comes once a month which is $50 each. Dishwasher and laundry is inside our apartment. Ample free street parking. Ideally looking for someone reliable, chill and relaxed to move into our little sanctuary.
