the apartement is one bedroom, but the room is private for the tenant who is going to rent it, bathroom and kitchen are shared, we have swimming pool laundry the building is securing, the area is close to everything walking distance from groceries restaurants and walk of fame, im the only tenant sharing the apartment easy go clean and respectful wish I find the same, it's only for female thanks
