Looking for a roommate

I have a 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment. Living room kitchen and dining room. Balcony overlooking the pool. Fully furnished. The room for rent has a new queen size bed and a small couch and large closet. I share everything including kitchen everything. I have 1 parking spot that is tandem and fits 2 cars that we can share. There is a laundry room at the building. It is right on Hollywood Blvd near the start of the walk of fame and a 3 minute walk to the Chinese theater. A short walk to the subway and 2 blocks from Runyon Canyon. Walking distance from 2 Ralph's supermarket and a target and CVS. THE BUILDING is like Melrose Place. Utilities are not included except for water and trash. So wifi, electricity and gas are separate and not expensive especially if divided in half. Nice people in the building. I have been here 16 years.
