Your space is a very large fully furnished 15x15 bedroom with hard wood floors, 2 windows, 2 closets, air conditioning and ceiling fan on the 2nd floor.
Rent includes all utilities, wifi, special parking pass and use of kitchen and washer and dryer

The Master shared bathroom is on the 2nd floor with a separate tub and shower and lots of storage for your stuff. The 1/2 bathroom is on the main level.

Im a pretty chill, more of a morning person. I get up and play a lot of pickleball and then regroup for my day, Molliee my 25lb terrier mix is with me a lot. I work from both my office and home and would say Im fairly quiet, but not extreme
I can engage with you or leave you alone, whatever you prefer.
Nights Im either out or cooking and vegging out on the couch.
I have a meditation practice but I am not dogmatic.

YOU are a working professional with a steady income and know how to mindfully share a space. Communication and respect are key. Ideally you have some kind of spiritual practice but this is not a requirement.
