I'm looking for someone to take over my room in an amazing area of West Hollywood. It's a short walk to The Grove, Melrose, and tons of restaurants and cafes!

The apt is fully furnished and price includes *everything* (there's no additional bills to pay) which makes it super easy and hassle free.

Includes:
- internet/wifi
- tv
- cleaners
- heating/AC
- washer/dryer is in unit (not shared with the rest of the building)
- dishwasher

The room:
- private mini fridge inside the room
- desk
- tv
- bed
- nightside table
- also has a balcony with sliding doors so it's bright and you get the sunshine

Even though the area is super central, it's very quiet inside your room and apartment.

You'd be taking over the official lease from July 1-Sept 30 - but if you need to move in before please send me a message. If you need to extend after that time, you can also do so!
