There is one nicely sized bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with 2 separate showers - one which is dedicated to the new roommate.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Separate laundry room with washer & dryer available at all times.
Off of the laundry room is a small patio area with bistro table/chairs.
Lots of easy free street parking steps from the house.
The neighborhood is very safe. There is a park 1 block away with tennis courts. Ralph's, Trader Joes, CVS -2 blocks away. LA metro is walking distance and 3 stops to the beach.
The home is occupied by myself and my 14yr old son - we each have separate rooms in the house.
We are easy going, very clean and respectful of privacy.
