Lady Land! rooms in West LA house - includes all!

Our house is 7 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. We are 3 women under 25 (two are UCLA students) one Mom 46 with a 9 year old daughter. We have 3 cats and are open to other pets and kids that get along with everyone.

***may be open to two people sharing the larger room at $625 each***

Our household is health and environmentally conscious (recycle and compost, bike etc), family oriented, happy and busy. We are welcoming to LGBTQ community, students, artists (have an art area), parents (neighborhood kids love to come over), musicians (have a piano). The room is freshly painted, shares no walls with anyone else, is bright, shares a lightly used bathroom. Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, cable and common area housekeeper and gardener.

We are a five minute walk to the train that takes you to Santa Monica beach/peer in 15 minutes , or a bus to UCLA in 10 minutes. Bike paths along the train route too. Parks, groceries, nightlife, mall, theater etc etc all in easy walking distance. Plenty of street parking with permit too.
