Newly renovated apartment in West LA

Apartment was JUST renovated - everything is new and it's really cute! It includes washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, central ac/heat, and garage parking. The apartment is 1050 sq ft. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, but also friendly. I've always enjoyed wine nights with my roommates and would love to live with someone who can do their own thing but we can enjoy each other's company too! I am a 29-year old female. I work as a Physician Assistant in Santa Monica and have a 9-5 job. I'm clean, relaxed, like to have fun but don't bring the party home. Each day I get closer to 30 the less energy I have to go out at night haha. I'm pretty low key and prefer to exercise or get up and beach in the mornings! Looking for someone by Sept 1, but can move in as early as Aug 20.
