Master bedroom in West LA

Need a girl to take over my lease in a 2b2b late April/ early May. Move in Time is rather flexible. Lease lasts till end of August. Can renew.

2017 newly built apartment complex on Pico with Gated Entry, Rooftop deck, Gated Tandem Parking and a lot of street parking. 2 mins to I10, close to Ralphs, Trader Joes and multiple other stores.

IN-UNIT laundry. Super new machines. Not Carpet unit.

You?ll have the master bedroom with huge window and a private balcony and walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Only one other roommate. Quiet, works in West LA Area in marking analytic. There?s NO person living in the living room.

Have fridge, oven, microwave, dishwashers etc. Roommate has dining table, coach, coffee table.

Utility not included. We only pay electricity, water and sewage. Internet is included in rent.

Furniture in room is not included. But if someone?s interested in the room I can either give furnitures for free or sell for a low price depending on item.

Posting some demo pictures here of another unit with the exact same layout (only difference is the carpet). You are more than welcome to visit for a tour.
