Furnished room available in our 3bed2bath house in West LA. $1500/monthly (not including utilities). In unit washer and dryer and you get your own bathroom. Located in a prime and super convenient location. We also have a cleaner that cleans the common areas at least once a week.
We are looking for a very clean, respectful, and mature person. We prefer short term however will consider longer.
House is occupied by me and my boyfriend. Kevin travels for work often and I works from home mostly. We are easy going and laid back. We have very friendly animals - a small pug and cat so renter must be pet friendly.

Parking: You will get a parking pass for the street. It's a very residential/safe neighborhood and there is always street parking in front of the house.
